What is the Blogger Data API?

Today we are here to talk about the Google API or to be more specific the Blogger Data API, this API allows client applications to view and update Blogger content in the form of Google Data API feeds this mean that this API let you do all of the CRUD (create read update delete) operation on your blogs without having to access to your blog with the Web Browser by implementing this API in a programing language .NET or Java or even use it in a web Interface with PHP

If you are a developer you can create an app that describe your needs and to do it you should take a look on the Blogger API website ,else you should try to use some existing tools like the Autoblog samurai or even use the demos application provided with the API

About K9 Web protection:

K9 web protection is a product of Blue Coat. Blue coat uses unique web filtering technology for filtering the Internet. It divides the content into different categories and stores in their database. In that select  setup option or setup tab,  you will see “Web Categories to Block” option below to that select Custom option and check the categories which you would like to block or filter the website and click Save option.  If any one trying to visit the website which are currently blocked, then it will display the “Category Blocked” by k9 software. If you wish to visit that site then you  need the password, which is provided during configuration.

• Software is very small in size (620 kb).
• No need to update database.
• Easy to use and it’s free.
• It won’t take much cpu memory.
• It records the Internet Activity (records the URL that we visited and stored in appropriate categories ).
• Password protected application.
• We can also provide the website url for exception.
• We can restrict based on time too using Time Restrictions option.
• It won’t  slow down our Internet speed.

Cons:

• Some times it blocks good content too.

Installing Google Translating toolbar to your FireFox browser and Internet Explorer browser :

Installing Google toolbar is not much difficult just visit Toolbar Home page this site will redirect depending on which browser your using to download the toolbar.

How to enable Google Translating toolbar in Firefox browser:

1. After installing Google toolbar it won’t add the Translating feature automatically to add just go to Google toolbar option you will see Tools option select it






2. In that you will see Translate option check the box to enable the feature and click Save

In Firefox toolbar it will redirect to the Google translator i.e http://translate.google.com

What we are going to explain here may work fine for most of Dial-up connection, DSL connection (or) for Broadband connections.

I think this tutorial helps for those who are tired of dialing to connect Internet each and every time even they are having the unlimited plans.

Automatically connecting to Net when system startup (or) when system turn-on is really an easy task to make your system also auto-connecting to internet then just follow our tutorial.

Making Auto connecting to Internet:

1. Navigate to Start >> Control Panel >> Network and Internet Connections >> Network  Connections
2. The new window containing Network Connections will open in that select your Internet Service Provider (ex: BSNL, AIRTEL etc)
3. After selecting your Internet connection right click on the Internet service provider by selecting your Internet service provider in that select Property option. This will display your Internet connection property. 
4. A new window will open in that select Option tab
5. Look for “Dialing options” property by default they checked the option such as
   Display progress while connecting
   Prompt for name and password, certificate, etc
   Prompt for phone number
   
6. To make auto connect to Internet just uncheck all the above 3 options which are  show in step 5
   Tip: If you want to display the progress while connecting, then check the 1st option i.e. “Display progress while connecting”
   
7. Ok, now we change the property of the Internet connection, but doing this steps will not helps for “Auto connecting to Internet”. To make auto connecting to Internet on startup we need to Startup folder. To place Dial-up Icon to startup folder just copy your Dial-up icon to desktop and copy (or) cut that icon to startup folder which usually located in  Start >> All Programs >> Startup (double click on it) place the Icon in that folder.

After doing all steps successfully now you’re Dial-up, Broadband or any type of internet will automatically connect to the internet as soon as you’re system turn on. So now onwards you may no need to manually dial for connecting Internet because we made the settings to automatically connect to internet as soon as Turn on your system without using any software.
